Situated in the Western Province of Rwanda, specifically in Rutsiro district, Hobe Coffee Company (HCC) assumed control of an existing facility in August 2019, previously known as Cyondo Coffee. Embarking on a mission to “positively impact the community and maximize the potential of the factory,” HCC collaborates with 1500 coffee farmers organized to collectively invest in various agricultural sectors, aiming at poverty reduction in the Kivumu and Nyabirasi sectors of Rutsiro District.
Additionally, Hobe manages a 3-hectare farm named Kamasozi, and the coffee produced there significantly contributes to several of their specialty blends.
