National Bank of Egypt is keen on promoting the culture of financial inclusion and digitalization, NBE introduced several online banking services to cater for 7.3 mn customers via Al Ahly Net, and 1.6 mn customers via NBE PhoneCash wallet. Moreover, the Bank inaugurated 38 electronic service branches to reduce cash transactions in the markets as at the end of June 2023.

To boost stock investments and securities market, NBE has a large number of mutual funds that support the Egyptian capital market and deliver services to a distinguished segment of customers. NBE also offers investment services by expanding the central depositary and trading services.
