Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been activated and is visible in the directory. If there is a technical issue preventing your listing from appearing, please contact us within 7 days.

Advertising

Advertising placements are non-refundable once the campaign has launched. Campaigns not yet launched may be cancelled with 48 hours' notice for a full refund.
